Refund Policy

Lesson payments are non-refundable once a lesson has been completed. If you purchase a package of lessons and decide not to use all of them, any unused lessons may be refunded upon request.

 

If you need to cancel or reschedule a lesson, please give at least 24 hours’ notice to avoid being charged. Lessons canceled without sufficient notice may be billed at the full rate.

 

I understand that life happens—illness, emergencies, and unexpected situations can come up. In those cases, please reach out as soon as you can, and I’ll do my best to work with you to reschedule or adjust as needed.
